Protection of Personal Data is of utmost importance to Creative Station (“We” or “CreativeStation”). We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of users (“You” or “Users”) when accessing and using the application, website (www.creativestation.id and other websites that We manage), features, technologies, content, and products that We provide (collectively referred to as the “Application”).

This Privacy Policy governs the fundamental principles of how We collect, store, use, process, control, transfer, disclose, and protect Your Personal Data (as defined below). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Application, unless otherwise specified in a separate Privacy Policy. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully so that You can understand Our approach and methods for using such information.

If You are under 18 (eighteen) years of age, please always inform and discuss this Privacy Policy with Your relevant parent or legal guardian.

By visiting, using the services, or registering an account on Our Application, You and/or Your parent, legal guardian, or caregiver (as relevant) accept and agree to the approaches and methods outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

We collect information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual or device associated with such information (“Personal Data”). Personal Data includes but is not limited to name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, phone number of Users and non-Users of Our Application that are stored in the Application or contacts on Your mobile device, bank account and credit card details, gender, identification (including ID card, driver's license, passport, or family card) or other officially issued identification. Additionally, for other information such as personal profiles, and/or unique identifiers associated or combined with Personal Data, such information is also considered Personal Data. The Personal Data We collect may be provided by You directly or by third parties (e.g. when You register or use Our Application, when You contact Our customer service, or otherwise when You provide Personal Data to Us). We may collect information in various forms and for various purposes (including purposes allowed by applicable laws and regulations).

We are able to collect Personal Data which may include:

Personal Data you provide. You may provide information through electronic forms on our Application or correspond through telephone, email, and similar means. This information includes information you provide when registering for our Application, subscribing to our services, searching for products, participating in online discussions, webinars or other social media functions on our Application, participating in competitions, promotions, or surveys, interacting with us through external services or applications such as forms, Instagram, Zoom Meeting, Google Form, or Youtube, when you report a problem through our Application, and when you interact with us offline. We may request that you verify the information you provide to ensure its accuracy.

If you register for our Application using and/or connecting your social media account such as Facebook or Google, we may access the Personal Data you have provided to the social media provider in accordance with the provider's policy, and we will manage and use that Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data we collect. For each visit you make to our Application, we may automatically collect the following information:

Technical information, including but not limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the internet, your login information, the type and version of browser used, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and Application;
Information about your visit, including but not limited to the full list of Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) visited to, through, and from our Application (including date and time); transaction data such as purchase and payment details; products you viewed or searched for; interactions on the Application including but not limited to page response times, download problems, length of visit to certain pages, information about page interactions (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse movements), methods used to exit the site, and the phone number used to contact our customer service;
Your performance data, including but not limited to your test results obtained through the Application, and other academic data.

We may receive information from other sources. If you use other sites that we operate or other services we provide, we may receive information. We also work with third parties (including, but not limited to, referral programs, business partners, subcontractors in technical services, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, information analysis providers, search information providers, and credit reference agencies) ("Our Partners") and may receive information from them. We will take reasonable steps to verify the information we receive from other sources in accordance with Applicable Regulations.

Use of Personal Data

We may use and/or process the Personal Data that we have received for the following purposes:

Personal Data of the application users.

We will use and/or process this information:

to identify and register you as a user of the application, and to administer, verify, delete, or manage your account on the application;
to assist the service providers in providing specific services on the application that you wish to use;
to verify the linking of your Creative Station account, in case you link your account between your Creative Station account with other applications or platforms;
to process and facilitate the payments you make for product purchases or subscription services on the application through available payment channels on the application;
to fulfill our obligations in providing information, products, and services to you, including but not limited to information on application updates or services on the application;
to provide information about other products and services that we offer to provide you, or allow third parties to provide you, information about products and services that we deem may be of interest to you. If you are an existing user, we may contact you via telephone, text message, email, or other means with information about our products and services;
to notify you about changes to our products, services, or application;
to ensure that the content of our application is presented in the most effective manner for you;
to manage and process any form of points, rewards, loyalty points, or other similar items that you receive when using the application;
to monitor and analyze user activity, behavior, and demographic data including service providers' habits and responsiveness to various services available on the application; and
to maintain, develop, test, improve, and personalize the application to meet your needs and preferences as a user.

Personal Data of Service Providers.

We will use this information:

to identify and register you as a Service Provider on the Application, as well as to administer, verify, delete, or manage your account on the Application;
to enable the provision of services by Service Providers to Application Users;
to process payments to Service Providers for the provision of services to Application Users by Service Providers;
to manage and process bonuses that Service Providers may receive when providing services on the Application;
to process and respond to user feedback on the services that Service Providers have provided;
to perform our obligations in providing information, products, and service to Service Providers (including but not limited to information about updates to the Application or services on the Application);
to monitor and analyze user activity, behavior, and demographic data, including service provider habits and responsiveness for various services available on the Application;
to provide reports in connection with the services that Service Providers provide through the Application;
to maintain, develop, test, improve, and personalize the Application to meet your needs and preferences as a Service Provider; and
to monitor and analyze user activity, behavior, and demographic data, including service provider habits and responsiveness for various services available on the Application.

Information We Collect. We will use this information:

To manage and develop our services, applications, and internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and other statistical purposes and surveys;
To improve our application so that content can be presented in the most effective way for users;
To enable users to participate in our interactive service features, when they choose to do so;
As part of our efforts to ensure the safety and security of our application;
To measure and understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to users and others, and to present relevant product and service advertisements to application users;
To provide input and recommendations to users and other users in our application regarding products and services that may be of interest to you and them.

Information We Receive from Other Sources.

We may combine the information we receive from other sources with the information you provide and the information we collect. We may use this information, as well as the combined information, for the purposes set out above (depending on the type of information we receive).

Information about Third Parties Provided by You.

You may provide us with Personal Data related to third-party individuals (including Personal Data related to parents, family members, friends, or other individuals, whether Users or non-Users of the Creative Station Application). You will need their consent to do so - please refer to the "Acknowledgment and Consent" section below for further information.

If you use the social feature in our Application, you may share our Users' phone numbers stored in the contact list or address book on your device so that we can help facilitate your connection with friends or acquaintances using that social feature. The data in your contact list or address book will only be used by us for one-time contact synchronization and will not be stored in our servers and/or databases.

For any purposes other than those mentioned above, we will inform you further at the time we obtain your consent at a later time.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose relevant Personal Data such as name and grade level through our Application and/or social media accounts for the purposes of announcements, competition results, and/or other activities organized by us.

We may also share or disclose your Personal Data with our business group members, which include branches and subsidiaries, as well as our ultimate parent company and its subsidiaries ("Affiliates"), for purposes including but not limited to (i) providing support for the provision of the Application by the Affiliates, (ii) conducting our business activities by the Affiliates, and (iii) processing data by the Affiliates. The use and processing of Personal Data received by Affiliates from us will be conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

We may share your Personal Data with third parties for the following purposes, and to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, including:
1. Business partners, agents, vendors, and subcontractors in connection with contracts that we execute with them or with you relating to the provision of the Application or other uses related to your use of the Application;
2. Advertisers and ad networks that require data to select and serve relevant ads to you and other users. We do not disclose personally identifiable information, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (such as information that 500 men under the age of 30 clicked on their ad link on a given day). We may also provide aggregate information to help advertisers target specific audiences (such as women in Central Jakarta). We may use the personal data we collect to fulfill advertisers' requests by displaying their ads to that target audience;
3. Analytics providers and search engines that help us improve and optimize our Application;
4. Government, in case we are ordered, directed, requested, or allowed by authorized government agencies, for purposes as regulated by government policies and/or applicable regulations;
5. Law enforcement agencies (including but not limited to the police, prosecutors, and judicial institutions), if required for legal proceedings between us and you, or between you and other third parties, whether related to your use of the Application or not.

We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties in the event of corporate actions that occur in our company:

In situations where we sell or purchase a company and/or assets, we may disclose data to potential buyers or sellers of the company or assets;
If we or our parent company or associated substantial assets are acquired by a third party, then the Personal Data we hold about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;
If we are under a duty to disclose or share data to comply with legal obligations and other agreements; or protect our rights, property, and safety, our customers, and others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and risk reduction.

In sharing your Personal Data with third parties, we strive to ensure that the third parties and our Affiliates maintain your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to keep it safe from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, processing, or similar risks, and store your Personal Data only for as long as your Personal Data is needed to achieve the purposes mentioned in this section.

Storage of Personal Data

All Personal information you provide to us is stored on a secure network. All payment transactions on the Application are encrypted. By submitting your Personal Data to the Application, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of such information on our Application. We will take reasonable steps necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

Subject to relevant laws and regulations, we will store all Personal Data you provide for as long as you remain a user of our Application and/or for the retention period commencing from the date you stop using our Application and/or request for account deletion and Personal Data deletion; or in accordance with the original purposes of collecting such Personal Data.

Subject to relevant laws and regulations, your Personal Data may be stored or processed outside of Indonesia for one or more of the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy. We will always strive to keep your Personal Data secure and will only transfer your Personal Data outside of Indonesia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Security of Your Personal Data

The confidentiality of your personal data is a priority for us and our affiliates. We will always take appropriate legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure the safety and protection of your personal data. Any processing of your personal data will only be done in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that the transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure. However, we will do our best to protect your personal data. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our application; the risk of any transmission is your responsibility. Once we receive your personal data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

You are responsible for (i) keeping your account confidential, including passwords and payment details, from anyone and (ii) maintaining and ensuring the security of the device you use to access and use the application.

In situations where we provide a One Time Password (OTP) (or you choose) a password that allows you to access certain parts of our Platform Application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. We ask and encourage you not to share your password with anyone.

Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your Personal Data on the Application or withdraw your consent for any or all collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data by providing us with reasonable written notice via the contact details listed in this Privacy Policy. Depending on the circumstances and nature of the request you make, you must understand and acknowledge that after the withdrawal of consent or deletion request, you may no longer be able to use the Application. Your withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of your Account or contractual relationship with us, with all rights and obligations arising therefrom fully satisfied. Upon receiving notice to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data, we will inform you of the possible consequences of such withdrawal so that you can decide whether you still wish to withdraw your consent.

Our Application may, from time to time, contain links to and from partner network sites, advertisers, and other affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these sites, please note that these sites have their own Privacy Policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any information to these sites.

When you use the Application, we may place a number of cookies on your browser. Cookies are small digital files consisting of letters and numbers that we store on your device's browser or hard drive with your consent. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your device's hard disk.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

You understand and agree that this Privacy Policy is an electronic agreement. Your action of checking the box that states "I agree to the Privacy Policy" or any other method that we may apply when creating your account constitutes your active agreement to be bound by this agreement with us, thereby making the validity and legal binding of the Privacy Policy effective and applicable for the duration of your use of the Application.

By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, you and/or your parent, guardian, or custodian (in the event that you are under 18 years of age) acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to all of its terms. Specifically, you agree and give consent to us to collect, use, share, disclose, store, transfer, and/or process your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In the event that you provide Personal Data related to other individuals (such as Personal Data related to your partner, family members, friends, or other parties) to us, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of such individuals and hereby agree on behalf of such individuals to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their Personal Data by us.

Marketing Materials

We and our partners may send you and/or your parent, guardian, or custodian direct marketing, advertisements, and promotional communications through push notifications, in-app messages, mail, phone calls, SMS, email, and/or other messaging applications ("Marketing Materials") if you have agreed to subscribe to our mailing list, and/or agreed to receive marketing and promotional materials from us. You may choose to opt-out of receiving such marketing communications at any time by contacting us through the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you choose to opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as receipts or information about your account.

Anonymous Data

We may create, use, license, or disclose Personal Data available on the Application, provided that (i) all identifiable information has been removed so that the data, whether on its own or combined with other available data, cannot be linked to or associated with or cannot identify an individual, and (ii) similar data has been merged so that the original data forms part of a larger data set.

The technique mentioned above also applies when you (i) request deletion of your account and Personal Data, (ii) withdraw permission to use our services and Application, or (iii) stop using our Application. We will destroy any Personal Data of yours after 5 (five) years from the time you do any of these three possibilities, if Personal Data is no longer necessary for the services or purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, and if we no longer have legal or business purposes to retain your Personal Data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be published on this page and, if necessary and/or there are material changes, we will notify you by email. Please revisit this page from time to time to see updates or changes to our Privacy Policy.

If permitted by applicable law, your continuous use of our services and Application or explicit consent will be considered your agreement and acceptance of the changes we make to this Privacy Policy.
